Cookies Policy
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small data file that a website stores on your device to remember information about your visit, such as language preference or login state. Alongside cookies, we also use localStorage and sessionStorage, browser storage that works in a similar way: localStorage is kept between visits and sessionStorage is cleared when you close the tab.
2. Which cookies we use
At Synkra we only use strictly necessary cookies and local storage (language, your cookie choice and, if you sign in to the admin panel, the session) and, if you change it, the dark/light theme. We do not use advertising, tracking or profiling cookies. Web analytics, which only runs if you accept it, works without cookies (section 3).

3. Web analytics and third-party cookies
We do not load any third-party cookies (advertising or social).
If you accept the "Analytics" category in the banner, we load Vercel Web Analytics, by Vercel, Inc., to see in aggregate which pages are visited. It uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device. For each visit it records the page (without URL parameters), the referring page, approximate location, operating system, browser and device type. To count visitors it uses an identifier derived from the request itself, which is discarded after 24 hours and cannot identify you.
If you don't accept it, it isn't loaded. If you withdraw your consent later, no further data is sent. Sign-in and admin pages are never measured.
4. Legal basis
Strictly necessary cookies and storage (language, admin session and your cookie choice) are exempt from prior consent under the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, 2023) guidelines, as they are essential for the service you requested. The theme you choose is only kept until you close the tab, unless you accept the "Preferences" category, which remembers it between visits. Web analytics, and any other non-essential technology, only runs with your prior consent in the cookie banner (Art. 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE), which you can withdraw at any time.
5. How to manage cookies
You can change your preferences at any time via the cookie banner.
Most browsers also let you:

- Enable private browsing mode.
