1. Acceptance of terms
Accessing and using the synkra.org website (hereinafter, "the Site") implies acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site.
2. Informational nature of content
Content published on the Site is for informational purposes only. Service descriptions, processes, case studies and metrics do not constitute a binding offer. Engaging any Synkra service requires a specific contract between the parties detailing scope, timelines, deliverables and fees.
3. Acceptable use
Users agree not to:
- Carry out activities that are unlawful, that infringe rights or that are contrary to good practice.
- Attempt to access restricted areas, compromise security or overload the infrastructure.
- Submit false information via the contact form or impersonate third parties.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or copy the source code without authorization.
Synkra reserves the right to suspend or restrict access for any user who breaches these conditions.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
All rights in the Site (design, code, content, trademarks, logos) are owned by Synkra or by third parties under license. Any reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without express authorization is prohibited, except as permitted by law.
5. Limitation of liability
Synkra will use reasonable diligence to keep the Site operational, up to date and free of errors. However, it does not guarantee the absence of interruptions, errors or security failures. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synkra shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of data or other damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site.

The Site may contain links to external resources whose availability and content are beyond Synkra's control. Including a link does not imply endorsement of, or association with, its content.
7. Changes to these terms
Synkra may update these Terms to adapt them to regulatory or service changes. The current version is always the one published on this page, with a refreshed "Last updated" date.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If the user is a consumer, the courts of their place of residence will have jurisdiction, in accordance with consumer protection law. In all other cases, any dispute arising from access to or use of the Site will be submitted to the Courts of Mataró(Barcelona), the judicial district of Synkra's registered office, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that might apply.
