Finally, the Optimization cycle continues for 12 months post-launch to ensure results improve over time.

It depends on the scope. A specific automation (for example, a customer-support agent or a data pipeline) can be ready in 3-6 weeks. No. We handle the entire technical side. Your team only needs to be available for the discovery sessions (understanding what each process does) and for end-user training. The people who manage the automated systems don't need to know how to code.

For conversational AI we use GPT-4o, Claude and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). For data and business intelligence we use BigQuery, dbt and Looker Studio.
